Natural Type A Jadeite Jade Carved Fruit Pendant, 14K Gold & Diamond, GCS Tested

A beautifully carved natural jadeite jade pendant depicting fruit and leafy vines, crafted in China during the late 20th century, circa 1980s-1990s.

The jadeite displays an attractive combination of translucent icy white and vibrant apple-green tones, highlighted by concentrated emerald-green patches that enhance the carving. The stone has a fine polish and lively translucency, allowing the natural colour distribution to be appreciated from both sides.

The pendant is fitted with a stamped 14K stamped 585 yellow gold bail, accented by a tapered baguette-cut diamond, creating an elegant contemporary setting while allowing the jade carving to remain the focal point.

The jadeite weighs approximately 16.5 carats estimated from the total pendant weight and the complete pendant weighs 3.58 grams.

The pendant has been examined by Gemmological Certification Services GCS under Report 5786 3012. Laboratory testing confirmed jadeite jade with no indications of impregnation, consistent with untreated natural Type A jadeite. This is a laboratory test result rather than a commercial grading opinion.
